Privacy Policy — Fiscal LAUNDRY
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal and business data is collected, used, stored, and protected within the Fiscal LAUNDRY dry-cleaning and laundry management system (cloud-based web panel and related services — hereinafter the "Service") provided by Fiscal Business ("we", "the company").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following data to operate the Service:
1.1. Account and business data
- The name, phone number, address, and logo of the business/laundry;
- Username, login password (in encrypted form), and user roles;
- Subscription (plan) and license information.
1.2. Employee data
- Employee names, roles (admin, cashier, intake, production), and the related work parameters entered by the business.
1.3. Customer data
Customer data entered by the business: the customer’s name, phone number, address, VIP/debt status, outstanding balance, and order history. This data is stored solely so the business can manage its own customer service.
1.4. Order and transaction data
- Orders, items, the service catalog and prices, discounts, receipts;
- Production status (Received → Washing → Ready → Delivered), weight, machine/group, and barcode labels;
- Cash register movements and reports (daily/monthly sales, status breakdown, etc.).
1.5. Card payments
Card payments are processed through the relevant fiscal/payment providers. We do not store the full card number, the CVV, or the PIN — we record only the payment amount, type (cash/card/debt), and status information.
1.6. Technical data
- Device and browser information, IP address, operating system;
- System logs, session and authentication tokens.
2. How we use the data
We use the collected data only for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and technically supporting the Service;
- Preparing orders, the production process, receipts, and cash register and financial reports;
- Managing customers and debts;
- Authenticating users and account security;
- Improving the Service, detecting and fixing errors;
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
We do not sell your business and customer data for advertising purposes, nor do we lease it to third parties.
3. Third-party services
To operate the Service, we rely on the following trusted third-party providers. Only the data necessary for the relevant function is shared with them:
- Fiscal/payment providers — for processing card payments;
- License service (api.fiscalbusiness.net) — for subscription/license verification;
- Hosting/server provider — for storing and processing data.
These providers’ own privacy policies apply.
4. Data storage and security
- Passwords and PIN codes are stored in encrypted (hashed) form — they are never stored as plain text.
- Data transmission is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to the server is restricted, and each business’s data is stored separately (tenant isolation) — one business cannot access another’s data.
- Data is backed up on a regular basis.
While no system is 100% secure, we apply measures aligned with industry standards to protect your data.
5. Data retention period
Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the accounting/tax period required by law. After an account is closed, the data is deleted or anonymized once the applicable period has elapsed. Backup copies may be retained for a limited period.
6. Your rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the following rights:
- To access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- To request the correction of inaccurate data;
- To request the deletion of data (except where legal retention obligations apply);
- To object to the processing.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact details below.
7. Cookies
The web panel and the website use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, provide authentication, and remember your preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without cookies.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page and the "Last updated" date is revised. We may provide additional notice of significant changes. By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you agree to the updated Policy.
