Privacy Policy — Fiscal DESK
Last updated: 5 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, used, stored, and protected within the Fiscal DESK remote-control application (Windows application and related connection/relay services — hereinafter the "Service") provided by Fiscal Business ("we", "the company"). Fiscal DESK is used primarily to establish remote connections between devices during technical support.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following data to operate the Service:
1.1. Device and account data
- Device identifier (Remote ID / "Your Address"), device name, and operating system;
- The password you set for unattended access — stored in encrypted (hashed) form;
- The list of trusted devices, favorites, and recent sessions.
1.2. Session and connection data
- Connection logs: which device connected to which, date/time, and session duration;
- The IP addresses and network information used to establish the connection.
1.3. Content transmitted during a remote session
During a remote session, the screen image, keyboard/mouse input, and (if used) transferred files are transmitted in real time between the two devices. This content is transmitted solely to enable remote control — we do not monitor or store the content of a session (screen images or files).
1.4. Payment (Premium)
When upgrading to a Premium plan, payment is processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not store the full card number, the CVV, or the PIN — we record only the payment amount and status information.
1.5. Technical data
- Device and network information, IP address, operating system, application version;
- System logs, session and authentication tokens.
2. How we use the data
We use the collected data only for the following purposes:
- Establishing and managing remote connections between devices;
- Authenticating devices and preventing unauthorized access;
- Providing technical support;
- Providing the session history and favorites features;
- Improving the Service, detecting and fixing errors;
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
We do not monitor, sell, or use the content of remote sessions for advertising.
3. Third-party services
To operate the Service, we rely on the following trusted third-party providers. Only the data necessary for the relevant function is shared with them:
- Connection/relay servers — for establishing connections between devices;
- Payment provider — for processing Premium subscription payments;
- Hosting/server provider — for storing and processing data.
These providers’ own privacy policies apply.
4. Data storage and security
- Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form — they are never stored as plain text.
- Remote sessions and data transmission are carried over an encrypted (TLS) connection.
- Connecting is only possible with a Remote ID and password/confirmation; you can manage trusted devices and remove them at any time.
- Access to the server is restricted, and session logs are retained for a limited period.
While no system is 100% secure, we apply measures aligned with industry standards to protect your data.
5. Data retention period
Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the accounting/tax period required by law. After an account is closed, the data is deleted or anonymized once the applicable period has elapsed. Backup copies may be retained for a limited period.
6. Your rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the following rights:
- To access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- To request the correction of inaccurate data;
- To request the deletion of data (except where legal retention obligations apply);
- To object to the processing.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact details below.
7. Cookies
The web panel and the website use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, provide authentication, and remember your preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without cookies.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page and the "Last updated" date is revised. We may provide additional notice of significant changes. By continuing to use the Service after such changes, you agree to the updated Policy.
